Service Description

This 1 hour session is all about focusing on aches, pains or injuries within the the shoulder, neck or both. This focused session will include techniques such as: Myofascial release using the rockblade Deep tissue work including percussion therapy Stretching Massage Joint manipulation This session is perfect for you if you have neck pain & struggling to rotate your neck, upper trap pain, shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder. The aim of this session is to reduce pain, increase range of motion & to give you the best possible treatment to help promote healing & recovery This session will be followed up with tailored aftercare which will include stretches & mobility work.
